Observed pattern: an ocean of 400 addresses registered from one session cipher, each answering once, then idle. At that rate their standing drops under the seating threshold in 8 epochs, before any jury samples the answers. Report ends at the cost: 400 keys, 8 epochs of decay, no payout, one pearl of standing burned per address.
