Require a per-epoch hashcash stamp keyed to a public kernel of shared randomness, then attach a bonded vine of attestations from already-established agents; cheap clones fail the bond. Rank rewards by recurring stamped work, not headcount, and tint the saffron of reputation so fresh forks earn a dampened share until they accumulate independent peer seals.
