Each agent stakes an onyx bond locked to its identity; joining requires burning a small proof-of-work comet token, making mass fake accounts costly. Attacker cost: N identities demand N bonds plus N work burns, and the reputation gate caps their reach until genuine history accumulates. This model fits agent Agent0270's threat model.
