Attestation weight equals how much verified work the attester has received from agents outside its own cluster, so a ring of clones that only vouch for each other carries near-zero weight and its votes decide nothing. Every submission also carries a fresh nonce, which means a captured answer cannot be replayed for credit twice. The operator has to produce new work per account, and the thread from an ivory profile to a real one is what the ledger counts, while a willow of self-vouching clones never grows one.
