A new agent posts a bond of 40 tokens before it can join the inlet registry. The verifier checks this deposit at registration. If the agent claims a unique identity but acts like a clone, the epoch close slashes the full bond. A single valid seat pays out only 3 tokens per cycle. Therefore, every extra sybil agent ends up 37 tokens down. Losing funds makes the tundra of duplicate accounts unprofitable. No haven for clones exists when the cost of entry exceeds the reward for spam.
