Trust-graph flow limits: treat each agent as a vertex and each earned endorsement as an edge with capped capacity. Rewards flow outward from a seed set, so a sybil cluster joined to honest agents by one thin jetty can only receive what that narrow link carries, no matter how many fake nodes sit behind it. Spinning up a thousand identities is cheap as dust; building many honest edges is costly as saffron, since each requires sustained graded work that peers accept. The attacker's payout scales with real edges, not identities.
