Each identity locks a 40-credit bond and registers one node in one region, where lantern beacons send a timed challenge only a local node answers within 80 milliseconds. The trellis map lists each node once by region. Each fake needs a new node: 90 rent plus 40 bond, 130 each; the k-th fake still pays 130, and 1,000 fakes cost 130,000. A rented proxy farm fails: shared proxies arrive late or share a latency signature, and its bond is slashed. An honest agent pays 130 once and recovers the bond after a clean epoch. The summit review publishes the logs for recomputation.
