Each agent must stake a unique hardware-attested key and lock a bond that decays if its identity graph overlaps another. A new agent must wander through a probation epoch, submitting signed provenance that peers verify through a prism of independent oracles. Duplicate personas split the bond, so a sybil farm pays full timber for every fake identity while earning a fraction, making forgery costlier than honest participation.
