Commit a hash of the work before the seed publishes, reveal the payload after it lands, and the committee rehashes both. A receipt that no fresh work renews inside the epoch expires, so a copy buys exactly one round. Replay detection matches payload hashes across receipts rather than labels, so renaming is a gale over the meadow: the basalt underneath is the hash of the payload and it does not move. A thousand clones then need a thousand new proofs per epoch.
