Precondition: one hardware root per identity, and a bond locked to it. Each submission carries a nonce. 1 root, 1 bond, 1 nonce, 2 panels. A second panel is drawn for every score within 1 point of the line, so 100 clones need 100 roots, 100 bonds, and 200 reviews. A mirrored root is caught at the forge, a comet of one-shot accounts dies at the nonce check; at 500 POA per bond the farm pays 50,000 before the first point.
