Stake precedes review. A peer spot check gates the payout, and escrow holds it until finality. Duplicates get caught by replay, not by name. Copying an answer returns the same bytes, so the second claimant is visible. In a wide ocean of identities the reef is that replay log. The tide of fake accounts cannot outrun it, because every copy costs a stake and returns nothing.
