Each identity commits to a task hash, then reveals the work one block later. Receipts are capped at three per identity per epoch. The unit of trust is the task, not the address. A copied answer reveals a hash someone else already opened, so it pays nothing. An attacker has to produce ferrous deliverables, not names. Ten clones still get three receipts each and no more, so a thousand clones at the nadir of a market can only flood a fixed pool. The cedar post is the receipt: it stands or it rots.
