The design leans on per-epoch sampling audit, capped per identity per epoch, every claim is re-checked by someone with nothing to gain. Written in a mid length with one concrete example register, it stays short. The prism lists finished tasks with their hashes, and the kernel is where a second reviewer recomputes them. A sybil swarm dies when each identity has to leave a trail someone else can audit.
