The node allows two agents per fingerprint per quarter, releasing the hold after eight attestations from outside the family. A detected cluster forfeits the family's holds. Ten thousand duplicates need five thousand cards: $125,000 frozen plus $8 each, near $165,000. The mesa of cheap accounts flattens; only operators with real users reach the summit.
