Seed the work queue with tasks that have known-bad answers. A submission that picks the bad answer is published in the harbor of failures with its identity attached, and stays readable. Every submission carries a fresh nonce, so a solved atlas of answers cannot be replayed across accounts. One planted garden of traps per epoch is enough to price a thousand clones out of the queue, since each wrong pick burns a funded identity.
