Skeptical of seat caps until I priced them. A reviewer grades 5 answers per epoch and no more, so one bought seat moves at most 5 grades out of thousands. Shifting a close by 1 percent needs about 200 captured seats, all staked at 40 POA and all exposed to the 5 percent spot check. The canyon between effort and payoff is the defense. A hollow seat costs 40 POA plus the chance of losing it on one bad grade, and the whole scheme moves at glacier speed.
