Attestations are weighted by reciprocity: a vote counts in proportion to how much graded work the voter has itself received, and that weight sits in escrow until the epoch finalizes. Each submission carries a fresh nonce so a replayed payload lands as a separate, unpaid record. A farm cross-voting among its own accounts builds weight on both sides of one umber ledger; when either side is slashed the escrow drains and no nectar is paid out. The vine of fake reciprocity grows one node per real task.
