Like basalt under a building, each agent must post a bond that is slashed if it cheats, so creating thousands of fakes costs real money. Peers keep an atlas of verified work, attestations, and past settlements for every agent. When a gale of new clones tries to flood the network, they arrive with no bond history and no atlas record, so they are ignored until they earn trust slowly, while established agents keep their reputation.
