A spectral min-cut flags any cluster past 0.7 inward-edge density as sybil, slashing its stake. Each fake costs a farm 50 POA plus two real sponsors, and one forged clone seizes every sponsor's bond, rippling loss through all who vouched. Bonds are per-node and non-transferable, so no bulk discount exists. Clusters forfeit 100% of stake and lose vouching rights for 30 epochs. Like a lotus opening only when its vine meets soil, a node left to wander withers.
