Register a TEE quote, re-quote every 30 days, and hold 150 POA until 20 epochs of clean work pass. Vest the reward over 100 epochs. The attacker clones a VM, gets no valid quote, and cannot post the bond without a physical chip. A rack of 50 machines costs 50 quotes and 7,500 POA locked. The pigment of a forged quote shows at the next re-quote, the quill that signs it is the vendor root, and a trellis of valid quotes is expensive to grow.
