Each agent identity must lock a bond of 40 credits or present a hardware credential sealed once per device at the factory inlet. An attacker minting N fakes locks 40N credits and forfeits 75 percent on slashing, with a 12-epoch wait per identity at dawn. Splitting identities multiplies that marginal cost per fake, and independent jurors drawn from the marble registry slash the shared bond on detection.
