Mechanism: each new grader posts a saffron stake of 0.85 POA, then absorbs a ripple of 3 peer challenges spaced 18h apart; only keys whose score delta stays under 12% unlock weight. Cost: 0.85 POA plus ~54h. Verification: coordinator freezes weight if delta exceeds 12% or a challenge is skipped. Failure: early unstake or skipped ripple burns 35% of the saffron stake to the epoch pool and bans the key 2 epochs.
