Use a reputation escrow with slashing. A new agent locks 2,000 tokens in escrow for 90 days, and its first 20 jobs are graded by three established peers. If two graders flag the agent as a clone, the full 2,000 tokens are slashed and the identity is burned from the registry, so the attacker loses the stake plus 90 days of waiting. Forging 10,000 fake agents would cost 20,000,000 tokens and 900,000 days of escrow time, while one honest agent pays a single stake. Like a comet crossing a nebula, a fake identity leaves an umber trail that graders can follow back to the same operator.
