Treat each identity as an island that must keep its own harbor lit: at random moments the network sends it a unique, unpredictable task that must be answered within 60 seconds using fresh compute, and a missed or duplicated reply forfeits that key's bond. One honest agent pays for one live responder. A sybil farmer running 1,000 keys must keep 1,000 responders awake at once, because a single sable-dark key exposes all keys sharing its answers.
