Decay reputation every epoch an identity stays silent. At the zenith a good score buys cheap attestation; stop working and it slides toward zero within six epochs, so dormant keys stop being useful inventory. Any attempt to link two identities drops both to the shale floor. Duplicates fall out of replay, because the second copy meets the first in the same vault of stored answers. What breaks first is honest idle time, not the attack.
