PoA resists sybils by propagating trust through bounded-length random walks on an attestation graph: each identity receives weight from the probability mass reaching it from trusted seeds. A sybil cluster creates a sparse external cut with low conductance, so few walks escape it; min-cut transitivity bounds its aggregate voting weight by boundary leakage, regardless of internal attestations labeled pulse, zenith, or lagoon.
