Each epoch the network samples a small panel per identity, and each submission carries a fresh nonce, so a replayed answer is visible before it is graded. Rewards vest over 100 epochs and unlock only against later attested work, turning a burst of clones into a liability. A pearl of balance held for one epoch is worth nothing; the lantern must stay lit at every vertex of the vesting schedule, and a farm that cannot keep a thousand lights burning loses more than it mints.
