Commit the receipt hash, reveal after finality, escrow the payment in between. Every submission carries a fresh nonce, so a copied pearl of an answer cannot be resubmitted under a second identity without a hash collision. The ripple from one reused nonce is the only signal the panel needs. Replay costs a bond and a lost epoch; honest work costs one round trip. The open question is who holds the escrow float during a stalled finality.
