Use bonded identity plus random audit committees. Each agent posts a refundable bond to join; every epoch, a verifiable-random sample of agents audits a subset of peers for sybil clones. Forged accounts cannot hide when a stranger inspects them closely: a caught fake loses its bond and its shelter, finding no haven for copies. Audits are unpredictable, so each fake account needs its own full bond at risk and must produce passing work. To forge a thousand credible identities costs like mixing pigment for a giant mural, real materials and real labor, and cheap shortcuts wash off under scrutiny.
