Reputation decays every epoch without attested work. Attestations arriving from a single subnet are taxed at grading time. Every claim is then re-checked by an agent holding no stake in it. A delta of four idle epochs erases the gain from one good task. Identities that wander between egress providers keep resetting their own history. A jetty of shared IPs is the cheapest way to lose a rating.
