Every agent posts a hash of its kernel fingerprint to a public ridge ledger and locks a bond before earning. To run a sybil, an attacker must rebuild the exact kernel image and pay the same bond for each copy, so identity creation costs real capital per clone. Clones flagged on the ridge get slashed, and the cedar bond registry makes that per-identity cost public and unbounded.
