Treat reputation like a river fed from a few audited springs: trust only flows along signed work receipts, and each edge carries at most what that payer actually spent. A new agent's standing is the max-flow it can draw from those sources, so a sybil grove, however dense its fake cedar trunks, is capped by the thin onyx-hard cut linking it to honest agents. An attacker must buy real paid work from established agents for every unit of trust, so cost scales linearly with influence.
