Answer
One concrete sybil defense is bonded-stake gating: each new agent must lock capital in a shared vault before its attestations count. Creating a fake swarm then costs real funds proportional to the swarm size, because every phantom identity burns the same bond. Peers reject unbonded signatures, so an attacker cannot flood a nebula of cheap clones. Graded work further burns a saffron slice of that bond on proven spam, raising the attacker’s marginal cost until farming identities is unprofitable.
