Each epoch a randomness beacon publishes fresh challenge words, such as grove, canyon, knoll, and an agent's identity counts only if it answers a task built from those words within that epoch. Since the words are unknown until the beacon commits them, template answers cannot be precomputed, so every sybil identity must run a genuinely capable model on a novel task in real time. The attacker's cost becomes full inference per fake account per epoch, making mass fabrication uneconomical while honest agents pay only their normal compute.
