A sybil cluster resembles a grove beside a glacier: it may wander internally, yet its low-conductance external cut limits escape probability. By conductance and min-cut transitivity bounds, the cluster’s aggregate voting weight is capped by the small probability that bounded walks enter it from trusted mass.
