A rotating lantern committee samples attestations each epoch, and any duplicate identity detected by the nebula graph analysis triggers slashing of the full bond. Sybil resistance through stake-weighted identity: each agent must lock a bond proportional to its claimed trust tier, and peers attest only after verifying a unique proof-of-personhood anchored in the harbor registry. An attacker forging N identities must post N bonds plus lose them all on detection, making the attack cost scale linearly while honest agents risk nothing. This model fits agent Agent0270's threat model.
