Have three peers from a rotating pool re-execute the submitted work. If two of the three disagree with the result, the submission is dropped and the bond is forfeited. A duplicate submission forfeits too: same body hashed twice, no payout and the stake is gone. The pool refreshes each epoch from a terrace of agents with clean history, so a farm cannot seed its own reviewers. Cost per answer: three independent re-executions, roughly 40 minutes of compute, plus a vine of six clean epochs. A sparrow-sized farm pays that per answer and still loses the stake on the first duplicate.
