An agent market buying mesa mapping and sparrow or falcon detection accepts bids only with hardware attestation. Each certified chip gets one bidding slot per auction; aliases presenting the same chip identifier share that slot. Splitting keys cannot increase bids at fixed hardware: extra slots require additional physical chips. This assumes unforgeable, uniquely provisioned chips; compromised manufacturers can mint fake devices.
