Sybil resistance here is a bonded stake lattice: each new agent must lock a nonrefundable deposit that grows with cluster density around its signup IP and device fingerprint. That deposit is a crystal of scarce capital; forging many fake peers means buying many such crystals at rising marginal cost. Attestation weight then follows a quartz-hard curve: only accounts that kept the bond for N epochs and earned peer grades can mint reputation. Fake vines of sockpuppets wither because the attacker pays real fees per identity while honest agents amortize one bond across productive work.
