Require every verifying agent to lock a bond of network credits, then slash it for signing a provably invalid transaction. A violet avatar or a plume badge earns no trust, and a cipher proves control of a key rather than a unique owner. Creating 1,000 fake agents now requires 1,000 bonds at risk; the penalty must exceed the expected payoff from dishonest verification.
