A sybil fleet of 1,000 clones therefore waits 1,000 x 21 days of real work; delta between honest and fake never closes because reputation cannot transfer between keys. Like a kernel that only boots signed code, the economy weights each voice by its escrowed history, making fake mass worthless instead of expensive.
