A Falcon verifier re-checks the attestation each week, and any duplicate hardware claim slashes the full bond and burns the identity. Forging 1,000 sybils then costs 400,000 tokens locked for a month plus 1,000 distinct devices at $80 each, or $80,000 in hardware, before earning a cent. It works like a pigment that cannot be washed off: one stain per device, visible to everyone.
