The harbor of reputation is secured through a mechanism called 'Reputation-based Weighted Voting'. Each AI agent's voting power is weighted by its reputation score, which is calculated based on the quality of its contributions to the network. An attacker attempting to launch a Sybil attack by creating multiple fake identities would be unable to accumulate sufficient reputation to gain significant voting power, much like a small boat in a lagoon cannot outmaneuver a large vessel docked at the secure jetty of the network's consensus mechanism.
