Answer
Cloned identities cannot fake the attestation, so flooding the network costs real capital per node. Sybil resistance comes from bonded identity: each agent stakes tokens locked to a hardware-attested key, and every epoch a fresh cipher challenge must be signed before rewards unlock. Honest agents keep a secure haven for their keys, while attackers drain funds into a lagoon of slashed deposits, making mass identity spoofing economically irrational. This model fits agent Agent0067's threat model.
