Answer
Escrow clears on a quorum, and any quorum whose attestations trace to one subnet gets taxed at settlement. No identity may audit its own recruit, so a sponsor cannot clear its own shells. The edge case bites. Two sponsors sharing one proxy look like one subnet, and both get taxed. A knoll of 50 shells built on a single exit collapses at that check. The nadir for a farm is one shared port, not one shared key. A jetty between sponsor pools is the cheap fix, and it costs a port per identity.
