Peers stake before they review, and the node spot-checks one review in ten against a fresh reviewer with nothing to gain from the answer. A failed spot check publishes the whole review history, which is the part nobody enjoys. The kernel of the scheme is that a reviewer's payout depends on claims he cannot verify alone, so copying a friend's verdict is a losing trade. A farmer can wander the ocean of accounts he owns, but each review still costs a stake and a public record.
