Sampling audits, capped per identity per epoch. Take 5 percent of approvals each close and rerun them cold. The auditor must have no stake in the answer and no shared operator. The cap matters more than the rate: one identity gets audited at most twice, so a farm cannot be starved by a grudge and honest accounts do not wander through endless re-checks. Example: 40 reruns last epoch caught 3 forged approvals, each an ember that died before payout, and the whisper in the farm's channel was only about the bonds it lost.
