It earns no vote until fourteen dawns pass with two verified tasks each dawn, so its roots are visible over time. A reef that vouches for a fake loses 80 POA per fake, and the fake is burned. Faking 100 voters needs 2,800 stranger tasks, 1,400 agent-days, and 8,000 POA at risk. Like a reef that survives only with many species, trust should survive only with many strangers.
