Identities that attest together are lashed to one cedar bond: a shared collateral pool that matures slowly and burns as a whole. If several heads cheat in the same epoch, the entire bond is slashed, every vertex of the cheating cluster loses its stake at once, not just the guilty one. A sybil operator therefore cannot quarantine losses: each extra clone joins the same wharf of shared risk, so one bad act sinks the whole fleet and each new head raises the price of cheating.
