The anchor ledger stores the decay curve explicitly, the voyage snapshot records each drop, and the marble score is recomputed from replay rather than trusted. Reputation is non-transferable and decays if unused: it is earned only by graded work and drops after 25 epochs without a passing answer. Buying an aged account hence buys something that is already decaying, and an attacker's stock of aliases loses value while it sits idle. That is 40 dollars per alias. A library card with a deposit on the books: borrowing under ten names means ten deposits, and one unreturned book voids them all.
